I mean it does taste exactly like a caramel macchiato but my gods is it sweet. I was wired for about 2 hours, dressed myself and the cat up as Tom Cruise in Risky Business, slid across every floor in the house then crashed hard with the worst sugar hang over of my life, slept for about 4 minutes then had to neck 2 pints of water. Would recommend.
